Mike Love, Senior Pastor

Education: Master of Divinity, 1988 from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Master of Science-Civil Engineering from University of Arkansas.

Background: Mike became the first Pastor of HSBC in December 2002 after serving other churches in Arkansas since 1987.

Family: Mike and his wife, Kathy, have two married children, Marla Watson and husband Andrew founders of Soaring Wings Ranch & Scott Love and wife Courtney, and have five grandchildren.

Rodney Welsh, Minister of Student and Youth

Education: Bachelor of Arts-Christian Ministry from Williams Baptist College.

Background: Rodney joined the staff of HSBC in June of 2006, after serving churches in McCrory, Tuckerman, and Imboden, AR.

Family: Rodney and his wife Carrie, have three children, Christina , Mackenzie, and Gavin.
